Identification Surveys – We will provide an easy-to-read plan that show where your Boundaries are located and highlight any encroachments. This is invaluable if you are in the process of purchasing a property or intend to add additions to your existing structures.

Land Division – You may have land that you would like to cut off from your existing allotment and maintain your home or you may be looking to demolish and then divide. At Innovative Surveys we can guide you through the entire process. This will involve liaising with Planning SA, Land Services South Australia and your local Council on your behalf, streamlining what is a convoluted process. Innovative Surveying will keep you up to date and involved at every stage. This may be in the form of Freehold or Community Plans.

Easement Plans – Easements are used to allow a third-party access to your property to use that portion of land for a specific purpose. This may be so that you and your neighbour can share access (driveway) or so that a service (such as drainage or electricity) traverse a third party’s property to service yours. Typically, these are created during the Land Division process but for many reasons they may be created later.
